We started showings and open houses immediately. Lori was very responsive to our questions (fast) and also kind and attentive to how we were doing along the way. Her advice during negotiations was just right to satisfy all parties and close the deal. The home stager and photographer she works with are excellent. Our house looked fantastic and it did not take long for offers to start coming in! I will absolutely call Lori next time. Wondering whether you should pay realtor fees in light of the new Texas law?
